The hotels came to DotCom Media and Dubois Hospitality in search of a face-lift which would breathe fresh air into their online presence. Due to the unique nature of the two properties, DotCom Media came to the table with a unique web solution. The designs were created to be similar and allow for visitors to travel seamlessly between the two hotels. This created a bond between the brands while letting each hotel keep its individuality. Both websites include DotCom Media's .cms which was customized to fit the hotels' needs by centralizing the application. This allows both hotels to be easily edited through the same control panel.
Since the launch of their new websites, Banff Voyager Inn and Banff Spruce Grove Inn have seen an influx of reservations through the new online integrated reservation system provided by InnPoints. In the coming year, the two properties will be working closely with DotCom Media on their new internet marketing strategy including Search Engine Optimization and online directory advertising.
