New Project > KGCC.bc.ca: We are pleased to announce a new partnership with the Kelowna Golf and Country Club. Completed in 1920, the Country Club is one of the elite courses in the Okanagan. DotCom Media is excited about being offered the opportunity to help enhance this established brand with a new website experience and content management system.

Website Launch > TeamGeen.com: Jerry Geen, a noted Kelowna Realtor®, is a long term customer with DotCom Media. Understanding the value of his website, TeamGeen.com, Jerry decided his online listings were in need of a refreshing new look. Instead of doing a complete redesign, DotCom Media reused elements of the site which worked the first time around and fused them seamlessly into a new layout for a polished look.
 
Also included was the .cms so that Jerry has the power to constantly add new content to the site, as well as a custom listings engine which works seamlessly within the .cms to keep all his properties up to date.

Website Design > Launch of the new website for Veranda Beach. DotCom Media, in partnership with Legend Resorts, has just launched the new website for Veranda Beach - a community of perfect family vacation beach houses, for sale or for rent, located on Lake Osoyoos in Washington. As an interesting side note client loyalty played a significant factor in DotCom Media securing this partnership. Our senior designer Spiro had developed the original Veranda Beach website while employed with another marketing firm. Being happy with his work, they sought him out wishing to work with him again.

RSI News recently reported that the online channel represented 34 percent of overall retail revenue in 2008 - a growth rate of more than 42 percent since 2006. This percentage represents revenue from both online shopping and cross-channel shopping. Consumers who visit a retailer's website and shop at brick-and-mortar stores spend a good deal more than average shoppers, in some cases 50 percent more or higher. [full article]

Tinhorn.com Redesigned, Redeveloped, Relaunched! > In order to continue to build the brands of Tinhorn Creek Vineyards and increase sales, the Tinhorn.com website needed to attract a wider audience without alienating their long-time customers. This was the challenge issued to the design team at DotCom Media.
DotCom Media's lead designer, Spiro Vouladakis, worked closely with Tinhorn's marketing team to create a new website design that elevates the Tinhorn brand and speaks to the wider audience the winery wants to attract without alienating long-time customers. The new Tinhorn Creek website also allows the company to single-out, promote and enhance their Oldfield's Collection brand. We are very pleased to announce a new partnership with Dinoflex Group LP. DotCom Media is working with Dinoflex and designer Kari Toliver to design and build a new website experience that features the products Dinoflex manufactures. Dinoflex Group LP, recently awarded as one of BC's top manufacturers by the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association and the Ministry of Technology, Trade and Economic Development, is re-investing in its website as part of the company's continuing strategy to improve its current business footprint in domestic and international marketplaces.
