DCM > September in Review
Well another September has come and gone. We say good-bye to a summer that seemed much too short, and look forward to winter when the ski resorts begin to open again. It’s probably a good thing we have these few months of hiatus because there are so many exciting things happening at DotCom Media that we can’t wait to show everyone!
First off, we are very excited to announce a new partnership with Tree Brewing. DotCom Media is working with Tree Brewing to revamp their current online branding, as well as launch a new web site that helps them connect with their customers via cross-medium marketing strategies. Congratulations to Global Fitness Kelowna on the launch of their new website GlobalFitnessKelowna.com! It seems only fitting that one of the largest fitness facilities in the valley, at over 80,000 square feet, should have a website with all the tools to make it grow to one of the largest fitness club websites in the valley. Using DotCom Media's custom content management system, and in already successfully publishing over 30 pages of new content to the website, GlobalFitnessKelowna.com is well on its way to achieving this goal!
We are happy to announce an exciting new partnership with one Western Canada's oldest and largest souvenir wholesalers, Peter Wright Associates, in Burnaby, BC. This project represents a complete shift in marketing and sales strategy for the company. The goal of the project is to have Peter Wright's customers, from across the country, conveniently and easily search and shop through the thousands of products they carry, place their order online and eventually purchase online.
Congratulations to Eidse Builders and the launch of their new website 222Lee.com. The website takes the brand of this one-of-a-kind real estate opportunity to the web. This contemporary development project is situated in a park-like setting and just 1.5 blocks to beautiful Skaha lake, in Penticton! Things are going to happen quickly with an opportunity like this, so Eidse needed a prominent call-out box integrated with our content management solution in order to quickly and easily update the site themselves, and conveniently let customers know about new and important information right from the homepage. Well, we took our cms solution a giant step forward for this project and other Eidse projects in the future. More info to come on that later...
